 4: ** this is an abbreviated version of what you would get if you clicked on the "changes" menu item above, but it is always presented when you visit the home page
 5: * RSS feeds (see RSS icons on home page, right column)
 6: ** a "page-level" feed where any changes to the immediate children of the home page are processed
 7: ** a "site-level" feed that looks at any changes to the wiki
 8: * a blog of wiki information and events ([[MakaBlog>>Main.MakaBlog||class="internal" title=""]])
 9: ** there is also a blog RSS feed
10: * e-mail notification
11: ** if you can edit a page, you can choose to receive e-mail alerts when that page (or its children) change (see left panel on edit page)

13: ** we maintain an e-mail list for individuals who have subscribed to the wiki or are otherwise associated with the CreativeIT community. we will only use this for major announcements.
14: ** if you want to be informed each tima a blog entry is created/edited, you can subscribe to the creativeit-blog@l3d.cs.colorado.edu mailing list (send e-mail to [[creativeit-blog-subscribe@l3d.cs.colorado.edu>>mailto:creativeit-blog-subscribe@l3d.cs.colorado.edu||class="external" title=""]] to join this list. there is also a "digest" option to summarize these changes on a (roughly) daily basis)
